Thank you for shopping with Dark Horse Apparel. We strive to ensure that every purchase meets your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Period: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Return Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
Exclusions:
- Certain items, such as personalized or customized products, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
Return Shipping:
- Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items may be returned directly to specified campus to avoid return shipping fees.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at kirby@maphockey.net to request a return. Please include Order Number and method of return (shipping or in-person drop off).
- Please ensure that your return package is adequately insured and trackable, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
- Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and provide instructions for returning the item if necessary.
