    Return Eligibility:

    Return Shipping:

    • Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items may be returned directly to specified campus to avoid return shipping fees.

    • Please ensure that your return package is adequately insured and trackable, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
    • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
